Shetland Sheep 

JRS Country Acres is home to registered Shetland Sheep!  Shetland sheep are a small wool breed and is considered a rarer breed in the United States.  They are a longhaired breed that come in a variety of natural colors ranging from black to white and everything in between.  Our son Dakota is head shepherd for our small flock (with help from Mom and Dad of course).

We will be offering raw wool for sale in 2007.   Please visit our site for colors, pricing and availability in the spring.
