Turkeys        

We raise White turkeys and American Bronze (heritage) turkeys.  Our turkeys range from 15  to 30 lbs. dressed weight.  Because their diets are a combination of natural grains and pasture, our turkeys are leaner,  more flavorful and much more nutritious.   But don't be concerned about toughness because they have less fat....they cook up just like store bought turkeys and are just as tender!

Turkeys are normally available in the fall.

Jumbo Broilers

If your family likes breast meat and drumsticks, then these are the chickens for you!  Our Cornish Rocks dress out anywhere from 3  to 10 lbs.  Whatever the weights, they produce an enormous amount of juicy breast meat and drumsticks.  These guys are perfect for oven roasting with your favorite herbs and vege's.   Even with our own growing family of four, there is always enough meat  for our favorite leftover casseroles.    

We  also have a limited number of stewing hens.  These are retired layers that are perfect for your next batch of homemade soup.
