Lamb

We do not currently offer lamb for sale.  However, we are in the development stage of determining which breed of sheep will best suit our farm.  Please visit our What's New? page for the announcement of when we have lamb available.

Pork

Our pigs are the only animals on the farm that are not pastured at this time due to the difficulty in keeping them inside the fence.  Previously raised pigs on our farm have proven to us that they are very intelligent and can be great escape artists!  One pig of ours enjoyed roaming the countryside almost daily.  However, we are planning a new pasture and shelter for our pigs in 2007 that will hopefully prevent them from bothering the neighbors!

Currently in order to maintain healthy conditions, pens are cleaned daily and we make sure there is plenty of ventilation.  We feed pig grower, ear corn, forage and table scraps to best simulate natural foods.

Pork is currently available only on a seasonal basis.   

Beef

We do not currently offer beef for sale.  However, we are in the development stage of determining which breed of beef will best suit our farm.   Please visit our What's New? page for the announcement of when we have beef available.
